today i bought a tampond for the first time and i tried it on so that when i start i know how to use it... will i have in strections but how do i know for sure that i put it on right and not wrong?

You gotta seriously relax when you insert a tampon (and it's called a tampon....not tampond) inside you....otherwise if your muscles are tense, you won't be able to get it inserted correctly....plus it will be a painful and uncomfortable process for you. If you don't get it right the first time.....try, try, try again! Keep trying until you get it right. Practice makes perfect.
