Can a woman have so painful sex in her first time, that she needs to be hospitalized?
A friend of mine told me, that when she was a university student, she lived in a rented room, and at times, she used to chat for a while in the evenings, with her landlady.
Once, the landlady told her that when she got married, she was a virgin, but if she could live her life again, she wouldn't remain a virgin until marriage. (As it seems that her sexual problems were the main reason for her divorce).
My friend asked her if sex hurt in the first time, and she answered: "Hell, yes. I had to go the hospital".
I know that women can sometimes be thorn during childbirth, but can the same happen during intercourse in any case (consider the most extreme cases, or a fragile woman having sex with a robust or well-endowed man)?

YES!!! and it kinda happened to me.
My first time was a painful one. The guy I was with was my bf at the time, so everything was planned. When he entered me we both could feel the resistance of the hymen and he pushed and pushed...and it hurt. We couldn't break through no matter what we tried. Eventually we stopped and I thought everything was ok and then I looked and the sheet was covered in blood. For 5 DAYS I bled. It wasn't my period. I went to the hopital and to my doctor. Turns out he TORE a membrane! We tried it once more and there was still pain....two years later I met my hubby and everything is A-Ok!
