It hurts when I sit down, when I stand up, when I pee, and it has nothing to do with the muscles, it's inside, I'm really scared, what do you think it is? is it dangerous?

It could be appendicitis, your appendix are about there, or it could be irritable bowel. Get it checked out to be sure.
