Whenever we have sex she starts smelling very strongly in her vagina, I guess because of the lubricant she's producing and though some guys like the smell, its a real turnoff for me. Is their a way I can negate that smell without insulting or hurting her? Is there a cream or solution and how do I tell her without her taking it the wrong way.

There's little you can do but here are a few tips:
1. Make sure she takes a shower first and wash down there with a mild soap. Harsh, scented soaps can do terrible things to upset a women's natural PH which can make things smell alot worst.
2. DON'T DOUCHE. This may sound like a good idea but it'll just force harmful things into her uterus which can cause serious complications later.
3. Diet can affect the way a woman smells. Look up what foods she could avoid (red meat, asparagus....) and what foods she should eat to lessen the odor (pineapples...). Or she can also try going vegan. Dairy products are also known for creating strong smells.
4. Make sure she doesn't have a yeast infection or other complications.
Other than that, there's very little you can do. Just suck it up and enjoy the sex! Don't be so sensitive ;)
