No, I don't believe that you can get some kind of disease in your genital for lack of use. However, infections do have a way of working themselves in you. I would suggest to you to please go to your gynecologist and have a pap smear. The pap smear will tell the gynecologist if you do have an infection and they will prescribe what will be best for you. Sometimes an urinary tract infection that you may have had years ago could have somehow worked itself into your genital. Women have these problems all the time. Just go to your gynecologist and you will be okay. GOOD LUCK!!!
