I lost my butt! How do I get it back?
I had a normal sized butt before I got pregnant, then after I had my child, it was totally gone. It is gross, and I can't find any pants that fit be good overall. I am pregnant again, now. Is there anything I can do?
Answers:
squats and leg lifts. for the leg lifts get on all fours, hands and knees and lift your leg up like a dog going pee. repeat it several times, it hurts but it strengthens those butt muscles like crazy!!!
