kk, I started (not the first time bout the 5th) ny period monday and it was all good I took midol and used pads and everything. k well tomorow (sunday) I am going to a hotel and I want to swimm and go to the beach and chill in a Bikini and go surfing and all that really fun stuff. well we all ready reserved the hotel and everything. I have NEVER used a tampon b4 NEVER EVER EVER. (just wanted to make that clear lol) well do I use one my period is really light today but I am wondering will it stop tomorow? what would you do? BTW tampons scare the crap out of me.PLEASE HELP SUPER SCARED AND WORRIED!

Ok... calm down... you can always ask your mom or someone you trust... however... tampons are really helpful for that kind of thing... you need to get the smallest size they have and make sure to change it every 4-6 hours to prevent any complications... you can put one in before you leave and take it out about 4 hours later if there is minimal blood on it you probably could get away with not wearing one. The other thing you can do is put a panty liner in your swimsuit... you wouldn't want to get it wet but it would work for sunbathing. Have fun and relax! It will be fine.
