the discarge. is white. & its not thick like cottagee cheese. its just like.. white.

As small as you are, you'll probably start your period later than some of your friends, so that shouldn't worry you. Some girls don't start till they are 15 or 16, and some even go as late as 17.
As for the discharge, you could have a yeast infection. Either way, it's definitely something you should see a doctor about. Talk to your mom/female guardian about it too.
