It doesn't mean anything. Even though most people refuse to admit it, most every person on the planet has the occassional same sex thought. It only means that you are a normal healthy woman.
However, if you have these thoughts while you are awake, then it could mean that you have bi-sexual tendencies that you are trying to supress.
Since both are psychologically healthy, I would suspect that you are sociologically opposed to same sex tendencies if the latter is the case. Without knowing you personally, i cannot give you a better answer.
