its near like the nipple and breast area, and every time there is preasure put on it , it hurts

is it like under the skin or what? because no, thats not normal and you should go to the doctor and get it checked out. however, if it's just like a pimple looking thing, then it should be just fine. make sure it goes away in a week or so and if not then just to be safe, go get it checked out.
