During ym period, I always feel so gross and dirty.?
I take a shower daily, and change my pads often, and wipe well. But after 5 minutes and it starts flowing again, I jsut feel so filthy, like i can't get clean enough! There owuld barely be anything on teh pad at all, but I jsut feel so ucky. Any way to help this, or overcome this mentally?

Think of it as your bodies way of cleaning itself out. Your female parts inside are getting cleansed each month.
