...Dumb question but I gotta know like everything..and how much it costs & stuff :)

State laws vary on this issue so it depends where you are. My best advise is to call or visit your Planned Parenthood site. They have a ton of info and are not judgemental and will let your know if one, none, or both parents need to be involved.
