The back of my thighs HURT!! are they firming up or did I pull a muscle??
Ive been a dancer 10 years, but now that it's summer and I'm training on my own (teacher on vacation) the back of my thighs hurt really bad. both of them, in the same spot. just a line down the middle running from the bottom of my butt almost to my knee.
It doesn't make me limp or anything. Do you think they're just firming up or I might have pulled something?

If you've tried any new method working out, or training, it could be that your body is just not used to it and there's lactic acid built up - stretch, drink water, and you should be okay... but if it's actual pain and not just discomfort, you've probably pulled something - ice it, no heat (heat will aggravate the pulled muscle even more, because there's already inflammation)... good luck :)
