How Do i get skinny?

I am very fat i way 170 am i really need to lose alot a weight but how do i do it. MAJOR HELP PLEASE

Check with your doctor to make sure your fit enough to loose weight and excercise. There are NO SHORTCUTS, no magic. The ONLY way to loose weight is to burn off more calories than you eat. PERIOD. All the fancy diets, high protein, high cabs, low carbs, liquid diets LA weightloss, jenny craig..ect all do the same thing in the end..they get you to take in less calories and burn off more than you eat. Pills don't work If they did we'd all be skinny. eat 1200 calories a day (no less) and workout for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. start slowly..walking is best. Then walk faster after the first week then faster the second week and so on. Until you can walk/jog 5 kilometer in 40 minutes or less. I've lost 10 pounds a month doing this. 2.5 pounds week is very fast so don't be discouraged. If you loose it fast you'll gain it back fast. All this depends on how much you want to loose. write down EVERYTHING you eat (no cheating, you only cheat yourself). and lastly... Find an eating pattern you can live with for the rest of your life. Many people feel once they loose the weight they can go back to the poor eating sedentary lifestyle...big mistake. Good luck... Rob
