For the past three months my periods have been way lighter than usual & have!
Question:
For the past three months my periods have been way lighter than usual & haven't lasted more than 3 days. Why?
I am menstruating today and it's much lighter than it has ever been before and there's also some clots present. I have been on new medication (Valium) for a few months and it so happens that my periods have been lighter since I started the Valium and have lasted a shorter duration. Could this have something to do with it? I'm a healthy weight & in good overall health. I'm not taking birth control.

medication along with stress and physcial activity can do this. consider it a blessing.
