Irregular and light period?
My period hasn't been normal lately. It's been much lighter and irregular. I skipped a month, then had a light period, and then about a week later had another one. My body has been recovering from severe malnutrition but it's been a year and I don't know why my period still isn't normal. Anyone know? By the way, I know I am NOT pregnant. lol

By 'severe malnutrition' i am guessing you mean starving yourself, something similar to the deadly disease Anorexia. I'm sad to say, that after 'severe malnutrition' it is a possibility that your periods will stop and you will have trouble conceiving a baby in the future. I have this problem (as I suffered from anorexia) and it's heartbreaking for me to think that I might not ever be able to have children. It might be the same for you. I hope you're okay. Maybe post a follow-up after a visit to the doc? x
