What are the best prenatal vitamins to take. Easiest to swallow, fewer side effects, etc.?

I have been given 3 different samples. The three are TriCare, Natelle, and Neevo. Which is best? Thanks in advance.

Answers:

There are no sideaffects from a vitamin suppliment.
I have only had Neevo and just swallow it fast. Most vitamins have a nasty taste if you keep it in your mouth too long.

Best advice is to take them! They can greatly improve you and your babies health.
