Question:
Does anyone have or know of a relative/close friend who has suffered from anorexia nervosa?
My sister is 15, 3 years younger than me, and has been suffering for almost 2 years. It seems to have completely change her, and I've never seen her like this. Anyone with any first hand advise? Thanks so much

Be as kind and understanding as possible. Don't push the food issue or be negative about it. Do as much REAL research as you can. Talk to your doctor or nurse at school. Is your sister in counseling? Perhaps offer to go with her sometime as a sign of support. The most important thing is though, don't be judgemental.
