Question:

I'm in my teens and i have painfull periods should i see my doctor?

My cousin has polycistic ovarian syndrome and even if i take 2 pain killers i can still feel the pain and 2 months ago i passed out.

Answers:

A couple of days before your period is about to start, you can get ahead of the game by getting your body ready for all the changes. First of all, get some maximum strength Midol and follow the directions. Also, get yourself some ThermaCare Heat wraps- - buy the ones that say Menstrual relief. Drink plenty of water as this will help cleanse your body better...Lay off of anything containing caffeine. Use pads for the first couple of days.
Good luck
