i am pretty big and i have tried everything! i went on a diet and i have been goin to the gym for 2 years i have also tried starving myself for a week but nothing works pleex help!

starving yourself:
doesnt work because....
its like robbing a car of its oil
it might run well for a while
but eventually will not only break down but be worse off then it was with the oil to begin with
starving yourself slows down your inner fire...your metabolism and before you know it...any food that you put into your body afterwards takes longer to process and actually may make you fatter!!!!
eat yourself thin
EAT fruit and veggies all day every day especially when you have cravings...drink lots of water
and most important
SLEEP !!!!!! at least eight hours a night
carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, grape fruit........
they will all help
for your protein, some broiled chicken, eggs, or salmon (you can buy frozen patties in bags at the market for really cheap)
cooking yourself without butter ....instead of those diet meals is so much better.
some people can't do the diet meals because it is full of preservatives and most of our bodies just arent cut out to process all that crap
get yourself healthy by thinking of your body as a machine...the fuel you put in equals the energy that comes out.
focus on the thought that you have to put things in your body to lose weight
get that inner flame burning hot hot hot girly!
