NO period for four months!!! Not pregnant!?

I have not had a period in four months. Ihve taken both urine and blood pregnancy test all negative. Nothing else unsual. no pain discharge nothing. What could be wrong?

i'm 23 and have had no other real symptoms other than fatigue. A few stomach cramps and I'm not very active. I'm overweight and i dont think that I'm malnourished.

Maybe you're going through a stressful time right now, or maybe you're not getting enough iron or some other nutrient. Relax, try to eat a greater variety of foods and if your period doesn't return soon, see a doctor.
