Hairloss;mother of 2 kids?

I am mother of 2 toddlers aged 2 and 3 years. My periods are regular and having member's mark Iron deficiency tablets for the past 2weeks. I am aged 25yrs with 140pounds.

I am loosing hair regularly and had a small white patch on my head for the 6months.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
