if your already giving the guy head..then your past the foreplay.

Use your imagination...try a simple strip tease! You dont need a pole to do a strip tease...you can have the guy sit in the chair..the key to a good strip tease (aside from being confident) is to not give it all at once-- touching and the "sex stuff" should occur aaaafter the dance is over.
