I have a Very Light Period,it is Supose to Stop Today??

Well Yes I had it for 1 week.It is slowing down a lot.This is my 4-5th period.Well I am asking if I can go swimming today.Not 2 be gross but I am not peeing blood.It is very little.Tiny bit on the pad,NOT WEARING tampon...and a very very very little bit when I wap.Like I said...very light.Could I go swimming with it like this??It as been a week.Can I go swimming without anything happing???Please answer,we are leaving for my aunts pool in 1 hour or less!Thanx!!

you can always go swimming...even on a heavy period...you could probably get away with wearing a light pad too for when you are getting out of the pool. When you are swimming, you should have noticed that you never bleed in the bathtub or pool...this is because of the pressure of the water. so, you are safe, but i did this once when i was really heavy on my period and it definately is best to wear a pad for when you get out of the pool- or bring and extra bathing suit and towel!
