Question:
PMS breast tenderness...one or both?
If you experience breast tenderness during pms, do you feel it in only one, or both breasts? If only one, is it always the same one? For me, it's always my left, and very occasionally both. Just curious what other women experience.
Answers:
I experience it in both, but my left always worse than my right, especially on the side. I now take Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg capsules which after a couple of months really work and they are a blessing. You may need to take at least 1000mg a day though, (2 capsules).
