Can i still GROW in HEIGHT at 16 soon turning 17? I'm a GIRL?!

Question:

Can i still GROW in HEIGHT at 16 soon turning 17? I'm a GIRL?

i got my period at 12/13
the thing is i'm almost 17 and i barely get periods since the very first time, its not a monthly cycle, i get it in huge gaps like 3 months to 10 months. so does my period have to do something with my lack of growth..?
what can i do to grow? did u still grow at the late age of 16 or 17? how?

Answers:

Growing?
Yes you can in my estimation. Children and teenagers grow mostly before midnight and thereafter. Best is to go to bed at 9 and sleep, it is worth it, if you want to grow. Teens who go to bed late often stay very small I have seen this, until they start going to bed sooner. If not tired, may be Vitamin A would help in a moderate dose.

A good vitamin/mineral source would probably help, and by the way, vegetarians have less or no periods. See Viktoras Kulvinskas, Survival into the 21st Century.

Happy growing, sound sleep!
