What birth control brand do you use? did your weight change?
Ever since I've been on birth control (yasmin), my heart rate has been higher when I work out, and I get light headed sometimes. I gained some weight recently but I wasn't sure if it was because I ate more, or the pills. I stopped taking it for a few months to see and I gained weight then lost some. Just curious if anyone gained/lost weight on their birth control.

If your heart rate is up due to the pillthan birthcontrol pills are NOT for you. some side effects are stoke and or heart attack. please stop and find a differnt form. I personaly was on depo and it had a horable effect on my body i ained 45lbs in one year and thats after i joined a gym and the dr said it was from the depo. also i was moody and couldnt have a baby for almost 3 years. but i know people who love depo. I use a diaphram now and it works great.
