Sports Physical?
Im starting 9th grade this year.
Im gonna try out for basketball.
What ALL can I except to happen in this physical?
Answers:
It depends on where you live and what doctor you go to. He or she will probably check your heart, lungs, tummy, they may have you check your eyesight, sometimes you have to do some stretches and excersises to see how your muscle strength is. They will ask you some questions about your health and if you have any weird symptoms. It's pretty basic... don't worry you won't have to be undressed and the nurse will probably be in the room the whole time. It's pretty standard... if you're nervous they will let your mom come in too.
