I'm 30 and 5'5", i go to gym 90 mins a day,do treadmill and abs,about 3wks now and still not losing any lbs.

doing a couple little things can make the difference. drink more water (and no soda!), anything with processed sugar is difficult for the body to break down, so eat more fruit. the natural sugars are much better for you. watch your carbohydrates (pasta, bread, cereal, potatos). they are a great source of energy and your body does need some, but the excess will be stored as fat. break your meals up, and the big one...try not to eat past 7 or 8 pm. just stay with it, and you'll be satisfied
