Medium Sized Bump?
Ok, on the outside of my vagina, about less than a cm to the inside of my thigh on the top, is a medium sized, hard, purpleish reddish bump. It sort of looks like a big zit, but i can't pop it, and it hurts when i try, i have never had one of these before, it has been there for about 2 days, please help, is this normal? what is it? how can i get rid of it? PLEASE HELP!

It could be a clogged hair follicle, ingrown hair, a boil (big zit) and you may be aggravating it every time you pick at it.
Try to leave it alone....sleep in your b-day suit (give it time to be irritant free)....keep it clean & dry and it should go away in a few days.
ALSO as gross as it sounds...if you leave it alone it may come to a head BLAH! Apply hot compresses to it (hot wash cloth will do) and it will drain GROSS but it will go away.
SERIOSLY try not to pick at it because it could get infected..
