Stinging Boobs, Ouch!?

About an hour ago my left nipple started hurting really bad. It honestly felt like someone was stabbing me with a needle from the inside. It hurt so bad that the only thing that would make it feel better was to put pressure on it. That lasted for about 30 min's and now my right one started. What is wrong with me? It hurts so bad!

I am 23....pretty sure that it is not puberty.
