so my cousin has a problem. she's 16 and just started having sex with her boyfriend. she was telling me about it the other day, and told me that she usually has him go "all the way" BEFORE having sex, and then after he's finished, that's when they will actually have intercourse. i told her though that she should do her routine the other way around because i always thought that if i guy gets ANY sperm inside a girl at ALL, he can get her pregnant. meaning that there might still be some left over, and then during intercourse it could travel and get her pregnant. Then i consulted my friend about it, and she said that sperm dies as soon as it hits the air. who is right ? please give me and my cousin some advice..

Your cousin could very well get pregnant having sex this way. They need to use protection at all times and especially if she doesn't want to get any diseases or get pregnant. Next time you talk to your cousin ask her what she and her boyfriend plan to do when becomes pregnant accidently. If she says she doesn't know tell her she better not have sex until the two of them decide what they will do if she does get pregnant.
