Help me please!?

Alright I weigh 188 and I want to lose 20 pounds to start out with.
I kind of want to lose that or some of it by Aug 9.
Is it possible?
And if so how!?
please help
and also
what are some good exercises?
And how can I make exercising fun??

ok first of all i dont believe in stupid diets where u have to buy their meals and all that crap. anyways, one of my friends wanted to lose weight too and so she tried weight watchers.. it really worked for her. basically all you really need to do is eat healthier, try and steer away from soda and junk food, drink a lot of water, try to cut back on fatty foods like hamburgers, french fries, fried chicken stuff that you could get from a fast food restarant, eat three balanced meals a day, don't skip meals, don't snack between meals, maybe cut back on your meal portions (i dont know how much you eat so i dont know if that would be true for you or not), and try to exercise everyday. Even walking for just 5 minutes a day can make a big difference. And the most important thing on any diet is to always have a little reward for yourself. set small goals and once you reach them, reward yourself.

And some exercises that are good are aerobic exercises like riding bikes, walking ( or speed walking), jogging, anything that is low intensity but has a long duration.

and there's not really any way to make exerciseing fun unless you're motivated and know that its to help you acheive your personal goal. but u can also listen to music while u jog or bring a friend with you to go swimming or something... well thats all i got. i hope i help.. GOOD LUCK!
