when i stop i feel like i still have to pee but nothin comes out or just a lil bit is this bad n also i pee frequently like if i stop n i stand to do my work i get this urge to go again my bladder fills full so im very lost help me

Sounds like you may have a bladder infection. You'll need to see a dr. for a prescription to clear it up but until you see one try drinking lots of cranberry juice. It flushes out the bladder and it has something in it that kills the bacteria that causes the infection.
