due to first time of sex when a girl feels shy and embrrass in front a guy, does that guy get more motivation then to have sex more rough with her? he got that shyness pleasuring or unsatisfying?

will completely depend on the guy, although there is something about having sex with a virgin (especially if the guy likes her). i doubt it would lead to being more rough, if anything he'd be gentler. and he'd be quite aware that the odds of the girl being 'pleasured' would be working against him. :P
