i am a 16 year old male with sore breasts and they have started to get bigrt what shoulsd i do and whaty dose this mean

My son had them ...they are called breast bud's.....it comes when you start puberty and a lot of times when your mid way through. have them checked by your doc....but I don't think it's anything to worry about...have it checked though
