How do you cope with your weight...?

i am not overweight but i feel like i weigh 400+ lbs. i do not have the motovation to get myself to start losing weight. i have seriously thought about becoming bulimic. i am that unhappy with my body and self image. any smart remarks and i will hit the abuse button.

OK, that kinda attitude is what really kills my day, just about everyday that I have spent in high school I hear girls saying they feel or look fat, when really they're not even close, then I have to try and convince them that they aren't,.... but anyways enough about my case. Now what I'm gonna say next may surprise you: You do have the motivation (depending on weight or physical fitness), just set a goal weight you want to lose each month, it could be 1lb, or 20lbs, its all up to you, and the cool thing is that you don't even really need to exercise: walk to work or to the store, try a time limit on chores and make it a race, change your diet, try not to eat before you sleep or in the middle of the night (food is digested better when awake). One major thing you need to remember: You can do it, and if people don't like who you are they don't like who they are, so they can go f**k off). And please, pretty please don't become bulimic, my cousin did and.......well lets just say it didn't turn out pretty.
