Is this normal or not?
Some say, having blood clots during your menstrual cycle or even during bloody nose is good, but some say that they never experienced having blood clots at all and say they are bad. What do you think? I tend to have lots of blood clots during my menstrual period and the last time I had a bloody nose .. I had a long strand of blood clots towards the end of having a bloody nose, which I've always had since I was a child. Serious answers only please.

It's normal. It depends on what someone would consider normal.
I have always had clots during my periods and so has my mom. It is normal for us.
Some women never have clots. That is normal for them.
