Can milk flow from breast just after menstruation?!

Question:

Can milk flow from breast just after menstruation?

My wife had delayed menstruation but then at last she had it but lasted for just 2 days instead of the usual 4 to 6 days. on the 5th day, that is 3 days after the menses stopped she pressed her breast and little milk flowed out. What must have happened? Is it possible to have milk when there is no pregnancy and birth? Can fondling too hard with breast or sucking too hard at them stimulate milk-flow? We are confused.

Answers:

A womans breasts should only produce milk when her body releases a particular hormone towards the end of pregnancy. Get your wife to take a pregnancy test and then go see a doctor. It could be that her body is releasing that hormone without her being pregnant but I'm not a doctor so I could be wrong! x
