yes, i am currently taking both

Answers:

A couple years ago I was on Zoloft and ortho tri cyclen.

There is no drug interactions...but I did find a swift decline in my libido.

Also, be careful of Zoloft....for me it just mellowed me out to the point that I slept ALL the time and gained 15 pounds, which then made me more depressed!
