I feel stupid for asking........?

OK see I am 34 and I have not used the pill in more than 11 years I had the IUD for about 8 years and the I went to the patch now I am on Ortho Cyclen I have only been on them for about 2 weeks and for the past week I have wierd pains in my lower abdomen and in the evenings when I am making my husbands lunch for the next day I get light headed almost fainty and yesterday when he got home from work he was telling me about his day and as he was talking I started getting emotional and as we were eating dinner he asked me if I was ok and I just thought of how tired I was.....I felt drained. We have an 11 years old daughter and she is ADHD and Bipolar so is it just my body trying to get use to being on the pill....because I really don't remember having all these symtoms when I was on them long ago but then again it was over 11years ago any body have some advice....

Call you gyn. It may very well be the pill causing these emotions. and let me tell you I can sympathize with you having a daughter with ADHD and Bio polar. I too have a daughter, who is 16 with the same thing(s). It can be exhausting. I like to think that God gives special people special children....
