I messed up my contraceptive pill routine.?

Me and my boyfriend had sex a couple times yesterday and he came both times, but this morning i thought i missed my pill for yesterday when i went to take todays, as the Thursday foil was still shut over so i took that 'late' pill and todays pill, but later realised i had taken yesterday's but from the wrong side which now means i've taken todays as normal, but also tomorrow's already.
I'm switching to a different pill, after i've taken the last pill in my pack for this week and not having my 7day break as the book says not to if your switching to another type of contraception, so will i be okay or is there anything i need to do? :S

I have done silly things with my pill in the past and today i slept at my boyfriends and took my pill 40 hours late, I have done this before cos I am a bit silly sometimes but I have been ok. I think you will be fine because you have taken more pills than you should rather than less. And switching straight to the other should have no complications. But if you are worried use condoms for a week just so can relax and not have that niggling though in the back of your mind x
