Constipation / Laxative? I need a fast acting and reliable solution?

Hi, I need a quick constpation fix.

I travel for my work, ( Flight attendant ) and need something that will work quickly and effectively before my next trip tomorrow.

This is not a common problem for me so I want to be back to regularity by tomorrow, I don't mind what I take, this is a one off problem hopefully, just the last three days.

Recommendations based on experience please

I would agree- Miralax works wonders. But perhaps if you want a quicker and cheaper one, i have used (and some family) the simple dulcolax tablets (not the depositories-ick!) but they are teeny orange pills. They're like 6 bucks, and if you can find a generic supermarket brand, they are a little cheaper. I used to have occasional problems when traveling and I took one pill at night and by the morning...problem solved! They take 6-12 hours to work so remember that. Hope I helped. Good luck!
