How do you know if semen is in petroleum jelly?

I'm just afraid that the brand Life from Shoppers drug mart has semen in it because I used it as shave gel and some got in me (I know I'm stupid, but no negative comments, please) and now I'm feeling more hungry than ever, no period, stomach got bigger...I'm scared.
