I have been encountering burning during and after sexual intercourse for a long time and recently deep pain?

I am twenty years old and have been sexually active with my fiance for 2 years and I thought this was normal. I see a gynocologist almost every 6 months because I have a family history of cervical cysts and last time I went the gyno said everything was fine (about 5 months ago). I am getting worried because it is really effecting our sex lives because it becomes so painful that it is unbearable (I usually try to hide it because I want to please him and think it will go away). I have been tested for stds and come up negative (both of us) so thats not it. I don't understand how a gynocologist could miss something that could be affecting me? I have an appointment for thursday but I wanted some suggestions on how to make sure I get some answers.

I would tell him how you're feeling and make sure he gives you something because that's obviously not normal. If he doesn't, I'd tell him that you're going to go see someone else then since he's not being able to help you. You might have just gotten a yeast infection and didn't take care of it because you didn't know, so it developed in to a urinary tract infection. That can cause a burning sensation during sex.

Also, since I've been through this too. I know what it's like to not want to tell your guy about it because you want to please him, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind not having it with you since you're in pain. You also don't want to pass it on to him. Maybe just give him oral if you don't mind doing that, so that way you're pleasing him but not hurting you at the same time.
