Answers:

LOL Sorry - the "Go to the Doctor NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" comment was cute. No, honey. No need to worry. Brown blood is old blood. It's just your vagina's way of cleaning itself out. It's perfectly normal. It's not a miscarriage - more than likely that would be red and you would be in a lot of pain. Contrary to popular belief, not all periods are 5-7 days. I have almost never had a "normal" period in my life. The only time I have been "normal" is when I am on BC. I just came off of a 3 week long period. It was red for one week, brown for another, and red for the remainder. This was even abnormal for me! I called my doctor after the second week, and she prescribed a BC pack and had me "double up" the first few days. This is normal for a doctor to do. They can't examine you when you are on your period anyway. If you are concerned, call your doctor and see if they can prescibe BC to stop the period. The hormones in the BC is what stops it. They can explain how this all works to you. Good luck!
