also today - for some reason there is a flap comming out. you know the pink part inside the vagina... part of it for some reason is hanging down out of my vagina... is that normal? and i am wondering i dont really keep count but is the period on average 21 days from the day it ends, or the day it begins? most detailed gets best answer!

day 1 is the first day of your period, and 28 days from that first day your next period is due
