I have 24 hours to fix my sore throat so I can sing, PLEASE HELP!!?

I need any and ALL ways to make my throat heal quickly so I can sing at a party for my friend whos daughter is finally coming home! Please help me! I don't want to sound like a chipmunk crawled in my throat and died! HELP!!!
