Long haul Flights And Swollen Feet!!??
My mum suffers from swollen feet and ankles whenever she goes on a long haul flight....... Its not like its for a day or two...
Its for the duration of her holiday (7/14 days)
She wears In Flight stocking but they don't seem to help any....
On arrival she takes a diuretic tablet (water tablet) yet no joy with that either.
Anyone got suggestions to help her overcome this problem ??

I think your mom needs to exercise in her seat a lot (I do that) move the feet up and down, move the legs, get up walk around. More so I think she needs to have some blood tests made to verify her blood coagulation (called INR).
