My friend was 8 weeks pregnant and on her way to her obgyn and began bleeding--She got scared and hurried and got clocked at 55mph in a 35 mph zone--She explained the situation and the officer did not believe her and gave her the ticket and no assistance-- I s there a best way to fight this ticket?

Have the doctor give her a written excuse and then take that to court when she goes to fight the speeding ticket.
